CANCELLATION FEES

Should the attendee cancel and withdraw from the course:

In every instance, we will deal with a cancellation on a case by case basis. Any funds/bookings can be either assigned by you to allow another person to attend that course and or, defer your attendance until the next Business Presentation Skills public course. This would apply if you wished to cancel;

• within 7 days of the course date then TORQUE Ltd shall, at its discretion, be entitled to invite you to defer or reassign 50% of the full course fee already paid.
• within 24 hours of the course date then TORQUE Ltd shall, at its discretion, be entitled to invite you to defer or reassign 100% of the full course fee already paid.

In short, we have your best interests at heart. We are not interested in taking your money ‘for nothing’. So please have peace of mind when you enrol on the Business Presentation Skills public course. We look forward to helping you achieve your goals with public speaking.
